December Round Table:
The Role of Data in Coaching: Making Decisions, Measuring Impact, & More.
What is a Round Table? Each round table might be a little bit different, but our round table event is a virtual meeting with a very loose agenda.
We provide a topic (this month's is the role of data in coaching) and a few central starting questions and then everyone on the call is invited to engage in discussion about the topic and/or questions.
Structure- Depending on how many people join the call, this might be a whole group meeting or we might divide into breakout rooms.
The goal is to provide a space for coaches to engage in casual discussion with other coaches to get ideas, brainstorm solutions, and share resources.
Experience Needed- Don't know anything about this month's topic? That's okay!- bring your questions and curiosities and use this as a learning opportunity.
